Data Processing & Sub-processors

Scope

For the marketing website, Granite Strata Corp is the controller of the limited personal data described in our Privacy Policy (technical access-log data, and any inquiry you email us). The website holds no customer or product data.

Website sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to operate the marketing website:

• Firebase Hosting (Google) — hosting and content delivery for granitestrata.com. Processes technical access-log data (including IP address) to serve and secure the site. This sub-processor supports the marketing website only and has no access to product or customer data.
• Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ) — cookieless, EU-resident website analytics. Processes technical request data to produce aggregate, anonymous usage statistics; it sets no cookies and stores no personal data (raw IP addresses are not retained). This sub-processor supports the marketing website only and has no access to product or customer data.

International transfers

Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to sub-processors

If we add or change a website sub-processor, we will update this page. The effective date above reflects the current list.

Product-platform DPA

Enterprise customers of the Granite product platform receive a separate DPA covering the processing of their data, including the platform’s own sub-processor list, EU data residency commitments, and security terms. These are distinct from the website sub-processor above. To request the product DPA and current platform sub-processor list, contact sales@granitestrata.com.
