Enterprises spend enormously on real estate, yet run it on spreadsheets and brokers who own the data and the relationships. Granite is building the system that changes that — a source of truth and an execution layer that put enterprises back in control.
Why we're building this
The enterprises that sign the leases are the ones flying blind. The broker who ran the deal remembers the concessions; the tenant gets a PDF and a number. Multiply that across a portfolio and the side without the data is always a step behind at renewal. We started Granite to change who holds the information — and the leverage that comes with it.
